Let love be genuine; hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good.Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.

Learn to do good; seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow.Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow.
Then I saw that all toil and all skill in work come from one person's envy of another. This also is vanity and a chasing after wind.Then I saw all the labor and achievement that is the envy of a man’s neighbor. This also is vanity and a striving after wind.
Now if you are unwilling to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served in the region beyond the River or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.If it seems evil to you to serve Yahweh, choose today whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh.
My friends, if anyone is detected in a transgression, you who have received the Spirit should restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness. Take care that you yourselves are not tempted.Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted.
Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths.Show me your ways, Yahweh. Teach me your paths.
From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this ought not to be so.Out of the same mouth comes blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.

For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved.For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
