- For Yahweh loves justice,
and doesn’t forsake his saints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off. - With all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints.
- For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them.
- Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
- So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and of the household of God, being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone.
- God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
- Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” Having said this, he breathed his last.
- When I said, “My foot is slipping!”
Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up. - But he said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
- Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
- But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”
- My soul, you have said to Yahweh, “You are my Lord.
Apart from you I have no good thing.” - He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.”
- Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.”
- They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- Behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
- Looking at them, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
- He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.
- Jesus therefore said to them again, “Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.”
- Yahweh God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
- He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”
- I heard the Lord’s voice, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?”
Then I said, “Here I am. Send me!” - ‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’
- When he had said these things, as they were looking, he was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight.
- When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
