“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you. | For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee. |
Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. | He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. |

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. | Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. |
Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. | He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. |
I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts. | And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts. |
Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave. | But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant. |

Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. | Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. |
“No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord. | No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. |
Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you. | Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. |
