- But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
- Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
- Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
- For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
- And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
- Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
- Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
- The wicked worketh a deceitful work:
but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward. - A froward man soweth strife:
and a whisperer separateth chief friends. - He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
