I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith. Now waiting for me is the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day—and not only to me, but to all those who have eagerly longed for his appearance.I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith. From now on, the crown of righteousness is stored up for me, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day; and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved his appearing.
“Peace be with you,” Jesus said to them again. “As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”Jesus therefore said to them again, “Peace be to you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.”
Jesus then said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, even though he dies, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The one on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest is the one who is to baptize with the Holy Spirit.’I didn’t recognize him, but he who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘On whomever you will see the Spirit descending and remaining on him is he who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’
He then called the people and his disciples to him and said to them, “Anyone who wishes to follow me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts.‘Return to me,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘and I will return to you,’ says Yahweh of Armies.
To you, O God of my fathers, I offer thanks and praise because you have given me wisdom and power. Guide my steps in accord with your word and never let evil triumph over me.Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.
As for me, I trust in your kindness; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord because he has been good to me.But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to Yahweh, because he has been good to me.
I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set your judgments before me.I have chosen the way of truth. I have set your ordinances before me.
In God, whose word I praise, in God I place my trust and know no fear; what can people do to me?In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
Do not make gods from silver or from gold instead of me. You will not make them for yourselves.You shall most certainly not make gods of silver or gods of gold for yourselves to be alongside me.

Therefore, we can say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?”So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
But he answered me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” Hence, I will boast most gladly of my weaknesses, in order that the power of Christ may dwell within me.He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be saved. He will go in and out and will find pasture.I am the door. If anyone enters in by me, he will be saved, and will go in and go out and will find pasture.
Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, ‘Streams of living water shall flow from within him.’He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.
The depths of the sea resound in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and your breakers sweep over me.Deep calls to deep at the noise of your waterfalls. All your waves and your billows have swept over me.
Behold, I am coming soon, and I will bring with me my reward to repay everyone as his deeds deserve.Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, to repay to each man according to his work.
Call to me and I will answer you and reveal to you great and mysterious secrets about which you are unaware.Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know.
