But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting for those who fear Him, And His justice to the children’s children, To those who keep His covenant And remember His precepts, so as to do them. But from everlasting to everlasting the kindness of the Lord is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children, with those who keep his covenant and diligently observe his commandments.
“Return to Me,” declares the Lord of armies, “that I may return to you,” says the Lord of armies.Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts.
As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to keep many people alive. You intended to do evil to me, but God decided to make it serve a good, to fulfill that which today has come true: to keep alive a numerous people.
Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand. What right do you have to pass judgment on someone else’s servant? The master will determine whether that servant will stand or fall. But the servant will be upheld, for the Lord has the power to enable him to stand.
So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.So Christ, having been offered once to take away the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to bring salvation to those who are eagerly waiting for him.
Come close to God and He will come close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you waverers.
Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. When you call out to me and come forth and pray to me, I will listen to you.
And I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?’
In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets. In everything, deal with others as you would like them to deal with you. This is the Law and the Prophets.
I hurried and did not delay To keep Your commandments.I will make haste and not delay to observe your precepts.
So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.Teach us to comprehend how few our days are so that our hearts may be filled with wisdom.
Urge slaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be pleasing, not argumentative, not stealing, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in every respect.Exhort slaves to be submissive to their masters and to give them satisfaction in every respect. They are not to talk back to them, nor are they to steal from them. Rather, they should show themselves to be completely trustworthy so that in every way they may add luster to the doctrine of God our Savior.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For I am not ashamed of the gospel, since it is the power of God that offers salvation to everyone who has faith—to Jews first, and then to Gentiles as well.
Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from a trial, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment. Therefore, the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from their trials and to hold the wicked for punishment until the Day of Judgment.
So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Therefore, I say to you: ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.
So, having obtained help from God, I stand to this day testifying both to small and great, stating nothing but what the Prophets and Moses said was going to take place, as to whether the Christ was to suffer, and whether, as first from the resurrection of the dead, He would proclaim light both to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles. But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. I assert nothing more than what the Prophets and Moses said would occur: that the Christ must suffer, and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to the people and to the Gentiles.
But Jesus said, “Leave the children alone, and do not forbid them to come to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them. For it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.”
For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in mercy to all who call upon You.O Lord, you are kind and forgiving, filled with kindness for all who cry to you.
For Your goodness is great to the heavens And Your truth to the clouds. For your kindness extends to the heavens; your faithfulness, to the skies.
For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, to Me every knee will bow, And every tongue will give praise to God.”For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow before me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”
Then Peter came up and said to Him, “Lord, how many times shall my brother sin against me and I still forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy-seven times.”Then Peter came up to him and asked, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy times seven.”
And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the Lord’s commandments and His statutes which I am commanding you today for your good? And so now, O Israel, what does the Lord, your God, require of you but to fear the Lord, your God, to walk in all of his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord, your God, with all your heart and all your soul, and to observe the commandments and the statutes that I am giving you today for your own good.
Jesus said to him, “If you want to be complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”Jesus replied, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell your possessions, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
“If you do not listen, and if you do not take it to heart to give honor to My name,” says the Lord of armies, “then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings; and indeed, I have cursed them already, because you are not taking it to heart.”If you refuse to listen to me and do not sincerely resolve to give glory to my name, says the Lord of hosts, I will send a curse on you, and I will turn your blessings into a curse. Indeed, I have already done so because you have not heeded my warning.
Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to reward each one as his work deserves.Behold, I am coming soon, and I will bring with me my reward to repay everyone as his deeds deserve.

But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who are abusive to you.But to those of you who are listening to me, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
