Then they will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and scourged and crucified, and on the third day he will be raised to life.
- To do what is right and just
is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. - He gives strength to the weary
and new vigor to those who are powerless. - Pleasing words are like a honeycomb,
sweet to the soul and affording health to the body. - It is rash to pledge a sacred gift,
or to make a vow and then have second thoughts.
