When he had said these things, as they were looking, he was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight.When he had said this, as they were watching, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was like this: After his mother, Mary, was engaged to Joseph, before they came together, she was found pregnant by the Holy Spirit.Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah took place in this way.
