Chinese (traditional)- He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.
- No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God remains in us, and his love has been perfected in us.
- That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love.
- Therefore leaving the teaching of the first principles of Christ, let’s press on to perfection—not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works, of faith toward God, of the teaching of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
- My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? - Those who are in the flesh can’t please God.
- Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love.
- Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they shall see God. - But our God is in the heavens.
He does whatever he pleases. - Let your beauty come not from the outward adorning of braiding your hair, and of wearing gold ornaments or of putting on fine clothing, but from the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in God’s sight.
- For who is God, except Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - Let no one deceive you in any way. For it will not be unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of destruction. He opposes and exalts himself against all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, setting himself up as God.
- God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.
- For who is God, besides Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
- Beloved, let’s love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
- Glory to God in the highest,
on earth peace, good will toward men. - Create in me a clean heart, O God.
Renew a right spirit within me. - For even though the fig tree doesn’t flourish,
nor fruit be in the vines,
the labor of the olive fails,
the fields yield no food,
the flocks are cut off from the fold,
and there is no herd in the stalls,
yet I will rejoice in Yahweh.
I will be joyful in the God of my salvation! - God, you are my God.
I will earnestly seek you.
My soul thirsts for you.
My flesh longs for you,
in a dry and weary land, where there is no water. - My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
- For nothing spoken by God is impossible.
- For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
The testimony is this: that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.The fear of Yahweh teaches wisdom.
Before honor is humility. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!Next verse! With image
