Without any doubt, the mystery of our religion is great: He was made visible in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed to the Gentiles, believed in throughout the world, taken up in glory.Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.

God’s love was revealed to us in this way: God sent his only-begotten Son into the world so that we might have life through him.By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his only born Son into the world that we might live through him.
