We full down (3/4)

So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. Therefore, when you do merciful deeds, don’t sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward.
The Lord watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down.
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever.
Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.Whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory, receiving the result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can’t carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that.
What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice!”
For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh.
Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him. This saying is trustworthy: “For if we died with him, we will also live with him.”
No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God remains in us, and his love has been perfected in us.
We love because He first loved us.We love him, because he first loved us.
If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up.
What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? By no means! What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be!
This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him just as he is. Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.
For we live by faith, not by sight. For we walk by faith, not by sight.
For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. For we know that if the earthly house of our tent is dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence firm to the end.
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him.Beloved, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have boldness toward God; so whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! For if while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we will be saved by his life.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up.
Restore us, Lord God Almighty; make your face shine on us, that we may be saved.Turn us again, Yahweh God of Armies. Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved.
And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming. Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.Let no man despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.

‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’
