Whatsoever (2/4)

Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked, what is perverse. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness.
Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.
But as for you, teach what accords with sound doctrine. But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine.
For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have. For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.
Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
Now who is there to harm you if you are zealous for what is good? And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing.Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
Let what you heard from the beginning abide in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father.Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before? What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
What is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown.Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
