For where there is envy and selfish ambition, there will also be disharmony and every type of wickedness.For where there is envy and selfish ambition, there will also be disorder and wickedness of every kind.

He said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has been raised. He is not here. Indeed, the word of God is living and active. The wicked man borrows but neglects to repay, whereas the righteous man is generous in giving.The wicked borrow, and do not pay back, but the righteous are generous and keep giving.
All day long the godless man continues to covet, whereas the righteous man gives unsparingly.All day long the wicked covet, but the righteous give and do not hold back.
Filled with the Holy Spirit, Jesus returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the desert for forty days, where he was tempted by the devil. Such godly sorrow results in repentance that leads to salvation and causes no regret, whereas worldly sorrow produces death.For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation and brings no regret, but worldly grief produces death.
Nevertheless, I am telling you the truth: it is better for you that I depart. A good man produces good from the store of goodness in his heart, whereas an evil man produces evil from the store of evil within him. For the mouth speaks from the abundance of the heart.The good person out of the good treasure of the heart produces good, and the evil person out of evil treasure produces evil; for it is out of the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks.
Observe the ordinances of the Lord, your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his ordinances, and what he witnessed in writing in the law of Moses. In this way you will prosper in whatever you do and wherever you go.And keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his ordinances, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, so that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.
