Bible Verses about 'Yours'

Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your kingdom. We adore you as the one who is over all things.Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, And You are exalted as head over all.
I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Unfailing love, O Lord, is yours. Surely you repay all people according to what they have done. Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy; For You render to each one according to his work.
For I long to visit you so I can bring you some spiritual gift that will help you grow strong in the Lord. When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours. For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that you may be established— that is, that I may be encouraged together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
May God give you more and more mercy, peace, and love.Mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.
Then Peter said, “Ananias, why have you let Satan fill your heart? You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money for yourself. The property was yours to sell or not sell, as you wished. And after selling it, the money was also yours to give away. How could you do a thing like this? You weren’t lying to us but to God!”But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.”
Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Others were given in exchange for you. I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me. You are honored, and I love you.Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life.
And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.
Never abandon a friend— either yours or your father’s. When disaster strikes, you won’t have to ask your brother for assistance. It’s better to go to a neighbor than to a brother who lives far away.Do not forsake your own friend or your father’s friend, Nor go to your brother’s house in the day of your calamity; Better is a neighbor nearby than a brother far away.
So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins out of my sight. Give up your evil ways.Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil.
Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
Don’t wear yourself out trying to get rich. Be wise enough to know when to quit.Do not overwork to be rich; Because of your own understanding, cease!
And don’t let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one.And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
To acquire wisdom is to love yourself; people who cherish understanding will prosper. He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good.
Don’t trap yourself by making a rash promise to God and only later counting the cost.It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy, And afterward to reconsider his vows.

For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
