- Though an host should encamp against me,
my heart shall not fear:
though war should rise against me,
in this will I be confident. - Yea, though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. - There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.Next verse!With image
