| Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. | Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that weighs us down and the sins that so easily distract us and with perseverance run the race that lies ahead of us. |

| For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow. | For much wisdom can result in much sorrow, and those who increase their knowledge also increase their grief. |
