You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe—and shudder.Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Watch yourselves, that we don’t lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward.Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
And saying, “The time is fulfilled, and God’s Kingdom is at hand! Repent, and believe in the Good News.”The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive remission of sins.To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first, Jesus Christ might display all his patience for an example of those who were going to believe in him for eternal life.Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.
