- And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

- The words of a gossip are like dainty morsels:
they go down into a person’s innermost parts. - He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.”
- For even though the fig tree doesn’t flourish,
nor fruit be in the vines,
the labor of the olive fails,

the flocks are cut off from the fold,
and there is no herd in the stalls,

I will be joyful in the God of my salvation! - As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to save many people alive, as is happening today.
- God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. God relented of the disaster which he said he would do to them, and he didn’t do it.
- Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
- For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
- But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ.

- But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.
- God is faithful, through whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. - But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
- His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
