- Unless the Lord builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the Lord guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain. - And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
- For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it?
- Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.
- Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

- This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’

- For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
- He who builds His layers in the sky,
And has founded His strata in the earth;
Who calls for the waters of the sea,
And pours them out on the face of the earth—

- Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock.
- Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.
Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
Let Your glory be above all the earth. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Next verse!With image
