For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed. So that by God's will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company.
You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace. You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.
The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit whom he has given us.
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ. So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
See, the enemy is puffed up; his desires are not upright— but the righteous person will live by his faithfulness.Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him, but the righteous shall live by his faith.
For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”
So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.
All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.
“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.
For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous. For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous.
But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man's trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.
The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Words from the mouth of the wise are gracious, but fools are consumed by their own lips. The words of a wise man's mouth win him favor, but the lips of a fool consume him.
But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.
He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word.

Who is a God like you,
who pardons sin and forgives the transgression
of the remnant of his inheritance?
You do not stay angry forever
but delight to show mercy.
