| Jesus then said to her, “Do not hold on to me, because I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brethren and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’ ” | Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. |
| Jesus answered, “If it is possible! All things are possible for one who has faith.” | Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. |

| Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory because of your kindness and faithfulness. | Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. |
| But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them. For it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.” | But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. |
| Jesus replied, “Amen, amen, I say to you, everyone who sins is a slave of sin.” | Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. |
| Jesus said to him, “Go on your way! Your faith has made you well.” Immediately, he received his sight and followed him along the road. | And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way. |
| For I know that through your prayers and with the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will result in deliverance for me. | For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ. |
| If you are angry, do not sin. Do not let the sun set on your anger, and do not give the devil an opening. | Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. |
| Jesus replied, “This is the work of God: to believe in the one whom he has sent.” | Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. |
| Jesus answered him, “Whoever loves me will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our abode with him.” | Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. |
| May I never boast of anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world is crucified to me and I to the world. | But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. |
| Indeed, persecution will afflict all who want to lead a godly life in Christ Jesus. | Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. |
| Let us never grow weary in doing what is right, for if we do not give up, we will reap our harvest in due time. | And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. |
| Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In his great mercy he has given us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. | Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. |
| But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. | But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. |
| Above his head was inscribed the charge against him: “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.” | And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus The King Of The Jews. |
| What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his very life? Or what can he give in exchange for his life? | For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? |
| Who indeed conquers the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? | Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? |
| Jesus replied, “Did I not tell you that if you have faith you will see the glory of God?” | Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? |
| God abides in anyone who acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, and that person abides in God. | Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. |
| When Jesus heard this, he said, “Do not be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be saved.” | But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole. |
| I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith. Now waiting for me is the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day—and not only to me, but to all those who have eagerly longed for his appearance. | I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. |
| They answered, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, and so too will your household.” | And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. |
| Never will I forget your commands, for through them you have given me life. | I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me. |
| The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! | He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. |
