And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.
For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.
Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life. Treat her as you should so your prayers will not be hindered.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.When Jesus heard this, he said, “Healthy people don’t need a doctor—sick people do.”
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.Instead, let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the Lord.
Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.Don’t get sidetracked; keep your feet from following evil.
Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.Kind words are like honey— sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person?

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.And every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.Give justice to the poor and the orphan; uphold the rights of the oppressed and the destitute.
To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.The Lord is more pleased when we do what is right and just than when we offer him sacrifices.
I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.Yes, I came from the Father into the world, and now I will leave the world and return to the Father.
The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.Just as the rich rule the poor, so the borrower is servant to the lender.
I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.I will sing to the Lord as long as I live. I will praise my God to my last breath!

Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord your God is giving you.
For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.Now this is what the Lord says to the family of Israel: “Come back to me and live!”

But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.But those who do what is right come to the light so others can see that they are doing what God wants.
