Rend your hearts and not your garments, and turn back to the Lord, your God. For he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and always prepared to relent from punishing. And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
A good man produces good from the store of goodness in his heart, whereas an evil man produces evil from the store of evil within him. For the mouth speaks from the abundance of the heart.A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
Blessed are the pure of heart, for they will see God.Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Go forth, then. Eat your bread with joy and drink your wine with a cheerful heart, for God long ago approved what you do.Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works.
So today acknowledge it and take it to heart that the Lord is God in the heavens above and on the earth below. There is no other.Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.
Rejoice with all your heart, O daughter Zion. Shout for joy, O daughter Jerusalem. See, your king is coming to you, triumphant and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
The upright are guarded by their integrity; the treacherous are destroyed by their own duplicity. The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled; be not afraid.Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a resolute spirit within me.Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Each person should give as much as he has decided in his heart, not with reluctance or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
Just as water reflects one’s face, so does one human heart reflect another. As in water face answereth to face, so the heart of man to man.
Hope deferred sickens the heart, but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life.Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life.
As for me, I trust in your kindness; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord because he has been good to me.But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation. I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
A cheerful heart is excellent medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart places its trust in him. He has helped me, and I exult; then with my song I praise him.The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.
Anxiety in the human heart weighs it down, but a kind word makes it glad.Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.
The future bodes well for him who is generous in helping those in need and who conducts his affairs with justice.A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
A man’s ways may seem right to him, but the Lord weighs the heart.Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
As we proceed in the path of your judgments, we wait for you, O Lord; your name and your renown are all that our heart desires.Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.

They will never again experience hunger or thirst, nor will the sun or any scorching heat cause them discomfort. For the Lamb who is at the center of the throne will be their shepherd.
