| And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. | And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. |
| To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities. | When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you, to bless you by turning each one of you from your wicked ways. |
| But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. | Rather, grow in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for all eternity. Amen. |
