Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name Yah, And rejoice before Him. A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.
For in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’
For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.”For, “Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.”
And they put up over His head the accusation written against Him: THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews.
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?
Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.
For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn His face from you if you return to Him.For the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate. He will not turn his face from you if you return to him.
But take careful heed to do the commandment and the law which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways, to keep His commandments, to hold fast to Him, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul.But be very careful to keep the commandment and the law that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you: to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to keep his commands, to hold fast to him and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
Only fear the Lord, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him.He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice, And he who begets a wise child will delight in him.The father of a righteous child has great joy; a man who fathers a wise son rejoices in him.
But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ.Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.
He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
To you first, God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your iniquities.When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways.
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
