- Good and upright is Yahweh,
therefore he will instruct sinners in the way.
He will guide the humble in justice.
He will teach the humble his way. - Praise Yah!
Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh,
who delights greatly in his commandments. - For who is God, except Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
- The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- Yahweh is my light and my salvation.
Whom shall I fear?
Yahweh is the strength of my life.
Of whom shall I be afraid? - Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still.
- The fear of Yahweh teaches wisdom.
Before honor is humility. - They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
- For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.
- So that with good courage we say,
“The Lord is my helper. I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” - This is Yahweh’s word to Zerubbabel, saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says Yahweh of Armies.
- The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom.
All those who do his work have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - For who is God, besides Yahweh?
Who is a rock, besides our God? - Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
- Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord.
- Seek Yahweh and his strength.
Seek his face forever more. - May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and into the perseverance of Christ.
- But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, for its lusts.
- “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
- The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
- Our help is in Yahweh’s name,
who made heaven and earth. - For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh,
who walks in his ways. - Let everything that has breath praise Yah!
