Joy to the world (3/4)

His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and trustworthy slave; you have been trustworthy in a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
And this good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world, as a testimony to all the nations; and then the end will come.And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Ever since the creation of the world his eternal power and divine nature, invisible though they are, have been understood and seen through the things he has made. So they are without excuse.For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
And every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.And every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Give justice to the weak and the orphan; maintain the right of the lowly and the destitute.Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry.The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.
You show me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy; in your right hand are pleasures forevermore.You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.

But those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God.But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

For his anger is but for a moment; his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may linger for the night, but joy comes with the morning.For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
