| But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do. | But one who has looked intently at the perfect law, the law of freedom, and has continued in it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an active doer, this person will be blessed in what he does. |
| So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard? | So then, does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by works of the Law, or by hearing with faith? |

And he also gave some to his companions.” Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
