My times are in your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me.My future is in your hands. Rescue me from those who hunt me down relentlessly.
My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. My child, never forget the things I have taught you. Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.

This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.
