| No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. | No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us. |
| And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. | And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. |
