Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving.Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.

Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.For the customs of the peoples are vanity. Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither is it in them to do good.
Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.My mouth is filled with your praise, and with your glory all the day.

Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.Hear my prayer, O Lord; give ear to my pleas for mercy! In your faithfulness answer me, in your righteousness!

My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.
