Like scarecrows in a cucumber field they are unable to speak, and they must be carried from place to place since they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they can do no harm, nor do they have any power to do good.

God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God.Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again.When you pray do not go on babbling endlessly as the pagans do, for they believe that they are more likely to be heard because of their many words.
Oh, that they would always have hearts like this, that they might fear me and obey all my commands! If they did, they and their descendants would prosper forever.Oh, that they would have fear of me in their hearts and they would observe all of my commandments always. Then things would go well with them and their children forever.
God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will be satisfied.Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they will have their fill.
