The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7	The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him. protection goodness safety
Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given new life. 1 Corinthians 15:22	For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. salvation death life
Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear! A single day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else! I would rather be a gatekeeper in the house of my God than live the good life in the homes of the wicked. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Romans 12:11	Not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord. obedience Spirit serving
I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me? Psalm 56:4	In God, whose word I praise, In God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? trust fear Word of God
Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. Ephesians 4:15	But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ. love truth Jesus
Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
