| Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. | You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. |

| Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. | So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.” |

| Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. | Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. |
| And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. | And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. |

| Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. | Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. |
| Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. | Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. |
| Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. | The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you. |
| By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. | By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another. |
