| For the Lord your God will bless you just as He promised you; you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you. | For the Lord your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. | O my soul, you have said to the Lord, “You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You.” | I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” |

| Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. | You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. |
| Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. | Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. |
| And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. | Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. |
| That I may come to you with joy by the will of God, and may be refreshed together with you. | So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed. |
| Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. | Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. |
| Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. | Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. |
| You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. | You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. |
| If you love Me, keep My commandments. | If you love me, keep my commands. |
| And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed. | The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. |
| Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all. | Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. |

| Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave. | Not so with you. | Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? | So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard? |
| O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. | You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. |
| And you shall be holy to Me, for I the Lord am holy, and have separated you from the peoples, that you should be Mine. | You are to be holy to me because I, the Lord, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be my own. |
| Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” | To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” |
| Lord, all my desire is before You; And my sighing is not hidden from You. | All my longings lie open before you, Lord; my sighing is not hidden from you. |
| O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. | You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. |
