Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
