A fool despises his father's instruction,
but whoever heeds reproof is prudent. A fool spurns a parent’s discipline,
but whoever heeds correction shows prudence. A fool despiseth his father's instruction:
but he that regardeth reproof is prudent. A fool despises his father’s instruction,
But he who receives correction is prudent. Only a fool despises a parent’s discipline;
whoever learns from correction is wise. A fool despises a parent's instruction,
but the one who heeds admonition is prudent. A fool despises his father’s correction,
but he who heeds reproof shows prudence. A fool rejects his father’s discipline,
But he who complies with rebuke is sensible. A fool spurns his father’s correction,
but whoever heeds admonition is prudent. For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Do not let your adorning be external—the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear— but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious.Next verse!With image
