Chinese (traditional)
The rich can pay a ransom for their lives,
but the poor won’t even get threatened.
A person’s riches may ransom their life,
but the poor cannot respond to threatening rebukes.
The ransom of a man's life are his riches:
but the poor heareth not rebuke.The ransom of a man's life is his wealth,
but a poor man hears no threat. The ransom of a man’s life is his riches,
But the poor does not hear rebuke. Wealth is a ransom for a person's life,
but the poor get no threats. The ransom of a man’s life is his riches,
but the poor hear no threats. The ransom of a person’s life is his wealth,
But the poor hears no rebuke. A wealthy man pays a ransom to save his life;
a poor man never has to worry about such threats. When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God’s written law. And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.Next verse!With image
