- But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives,
and he will stand upon the earth at last. - We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters.
- Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God on their behalf.
- You who love the Lord, hate evil!
He protects the lives of his godly people
and rescues them from the power of the wicked. - Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us.
- No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.
- Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?”
- My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
- We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.
God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. - I have given them to you for food, just as I have given you grain and vegetables. But you must never eat any meat that still has the lifeblood in it.
- You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.
- Those who control their tongue will have a long life;

He delights in every detail of their lives. - The rich can pay a ransom for their lives,
but the poor won’t even get threatened. - Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
- For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.
- So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves.
- For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God.
- Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?
- The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.
- Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said,
“I will never fail you.
I will never abandon you.” - But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.
- We all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us.
- Look at the proud!
They trust in themselves, and their lives are crooked.
But the righteous will live by their faithfulness to God.
Others were given in exchange for you.
I traded their lives for yours
because you are precious to me.
You are honored, and I love you.Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them.
