By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another. By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers and sisters. This is how we know what love is:
he laid down his life for us,
and we in turn must be prepared
to lay down our lives for our brethren. And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness. But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”Next verse! With image
