Chinese (traditional)By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another. By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. This is how we know what love is:
he laid down his life for us,
and we in turn must be prepared
to lay down our lives for our brethren. And said to them, “Whoever receives this little child in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me. For he who is least among you all will be great.” Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous.Next verse! With image
