Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.
And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.Then he led them out as far as Bethany, and lifting up his hands he blessed them. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”
So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father.I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.
Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ”Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of godliness: He was manifested in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.
Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.
Then Jesus said to them, “I shall be with you a little while longer, and then I go to Him who sent Me.”Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”
