Evangelism (2/2)

For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.For I resolved that, while I was with you, I would know nothing except Jesus Christ—and him crucified.
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.But you are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people claimed by God as his own possession,” so that you may proclaim the praise of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”“Peace be with you,” Jesus said to them again. “As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.And every day, both in the temple and at home, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming Jesus as the Christ.
Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”He said to them, “Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building.For we are God’s coworkers; you are God’s field, God’s building.
Then Peter opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.”Then Peter addressed them: “I now understand how true it is that God has no favorites, but that in every nation all those who fear God and do what is right are acceptable to him.”
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”I then heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me!”
Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses said would come— that the Christ would suffer, that He would be the first to rise from the dead, and would proclaim light to the Jewish people and to the Gentiles.But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. I assert nothing more than what the Prophets and Moses said would occur: that the Christ must suffer, and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to the people and to the Gentiles.
How I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house.I did not hesitate to tell you what was for your benefit as I proclaimed the word to you and taught you publicly as well as from house to house.
Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.Let what you heard from the beginning remain in you. If what you heard from the beginning remains in you, then you will remain in the Son and in the Father.
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.Without any doubt, the mystery of our religion is great: He was made visible in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed to the Gentiles, believed in throughout the world, taken up in glory.
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.All this has been done by God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and entrusted us with the ministry of reconciliation.

I spread out my hands to You;
My soul longs for You like a thirsty land. Selah
