| Oh come, let’s worship and bow down. Let’s kneel before Yahweh, our Maker. | Come forth! Let us bow down to worship him; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker. |
| If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. | So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. |
| Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. | Whenever you fast, do not assume a gloomy expression like the hypocrites who contort their faces so that others may realize that they are fasting. | Let the brother in humble circumstances glory in his high position; and the rich, in that he is made humble, because like the flower in the grass, he will pass away. | The brother who is in modest circumstances should take pride in being raised up. | Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you!
