And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. And that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed. So that I may come to you in joy by the will of God and relax in your company.
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. For the desire of the flesh is against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, in order to keep you from doing whatever you want.
And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. The world is passing away and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God continues to live forever.
For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. For am I now seeking the favor of people, or of God? Or am I striving to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. My son, pay attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. They are not to escape from your sight; Keep them in the midst of your heart.
I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.I hurried and did not delay To keep Your commandments.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.The steps of a man are established by the Lord, And He delights in his way.
I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.I am the Lord your God; walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and follow them. Sanctify My Sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between Me and you, so that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord.So you shall keep My commandments, and do them; I am the Lord.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.Who, as He already existed in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but emptied Himself by taking the form of a bond-servant and being born in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death: death on a cross.
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. But one who has looked intently at the perfect law, the law of freedom, and has continued in it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an active doer, this person will be blessed in what he does.
Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine. Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine.
Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.“Return to Me,” declares the Lord of armies, “that I may return to you,” says the Lord of armies.
Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.Listen, my son, and accept my sayings, And the years of your life will be many.
Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him. Therefore, you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him.
Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.Opening his mouth, Peter said: “I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality, but in every nation the one who fears Him and does what is right is acceptable to Him.”
Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.
And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.And having been perfected, He became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey Him.
Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. Therefore let’s make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following the same example of disobedience.
If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out, then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit.
But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. But the one who did not know it, and committed acts deserving of a beating, will receive only a few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.
Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee. You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and His provisions and His statutes which He has commanded you.

Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth.
