| We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners, yet we know that a man is justified not by the works of the Law but through faith in Jesus Christ. | As we proceed in the path of your judgments, we wait for you, O Lord; your name and your renown are all that our heart desires. | Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O Lord, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee. |
| For he guards the paths of justice and keeps watch over the way of his faithful ones. | He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. |
| He is a rock, his deeds are perfect, and all of his ways are just. He is a God of truth who does no wrong; he is just and upright. | He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. |
