- Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
- If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
- For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
- As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”
- For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
- Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.Next verse!With image
