- May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
- Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
- For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen. - Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
- Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
- Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
- God “will repay each person according to what they have done.”
- But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
- Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.
When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, no one can discover anything about their future. Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.Next verse!With image
