I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?’ | And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? |
This Jesus is ‘the stone that was rejected by you, the builders; it has become the cornerstone.’ | This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. |

And now why do you delay? Get up, be baptized, and have your sins washed away, calling on his name. | And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. |
And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them just as it had upon us at the beginning. | And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning. |

Conduct yourselves wisely toward outsiders, making the most of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone. | Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. |
They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. | And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. |
Can anyone withhold the water for baptizing these people who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have? | Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? |
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. | And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. |
When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you, to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways. | Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. |

There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among mortals by which we must be saved. | Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. |
I did not shrink from doing anything helpful, proclaiming the message to you and teaching you publicly and from house to house. | And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house. |

When they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness. | And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. |
