| For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. | For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. |

| But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth. | The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. |
| Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. | Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. |

| This is what the Lord Almighty said: ‘Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor. Do not plot evil against each other.’ | Thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Execute true justice, Show mercy and compassion Everyone to his brother. | For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. | For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. |
| And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. | And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. |
| That God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. | That is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. |

| If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. | Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. |
